Orders and Delivery


All postages rates and times quoted are for U.K mainland only. Overseas and Republic of Ireland will vary.

Overseas and Republic of Ireland cannot be sent recorded without extra charge. Please note if ordering from outside the U.K your postage may be higher. You can contact us for a quote

When ordered, if a product is in stock it will usually be dispatched within 48 hours by first class recorded delivery. If an item is out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date. If the new delivery date is not acceptable to you a full refund will be given.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Signed For (recorded delivery) for which Royal Mail quotes approximately 2-5 days for delivery.


If you request that goods being sent are needed sooner that 2-5 days we will contact you to arrange express delivery.

Returns

All items may be returned to us for a refund but we are unable to refund postage costs. However, goods that are damaged or not as described in our catalogue may be returned for a full refund including postage costs.

Goods which are returned
Before returning an item you must e-mail info@prettyposhpets.co.uk for a returns number.

Returns cannot be accepted without a returns number.


Notice of your intention to return an item must be made within 7 days unless by special arrangement with Prettyposh pets.  Items must be returned to Prettyposhpets and with all original labels still attached and original packaging if applicable. Note! When returning goods to Prettyposhpets it is strongly recommended that the customer uses adequate packaging, and also uses a postal service that insures your package. Prettyposhpets cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged on return


Please allow at least 7 days to process returns. Note! Damaged goods will be returned to the supplier so may take longer to process for refund
